More snow for us today. When you are little it's hard to manage so Dad snow plows roads for us!
Carol sends in a great picture of “little” Odie. "Odie thought she was human. She would sit on the couch and watch TV with us. Her other favourite pastime was eating."

Little Oakley has grown up! He plays poker now with his buddies!
Roger likes to drive and won't get out of the car!

Here is Piper with Santa!!!

Update on Oakley! Marcia says "He's 5 1/2 months old now and doing well - not sure how he'll be with the Christmas tree but we'll find out this weekend".
Hey remember little Oakley? He's getting BIGGER!

I received the following story the other day...

An older, tired-looking dog wandered into my yard; I could tell from his collar and well-fed belly that he had a home and was well taken care of. He calmly came over to me, I gave him a few pats on his head; he then followed me into my house, slowly walked down the hall, curled up in the corner and fell asleep. An hour later, he went to the door, and I let him out. The next day he was back, greeted me in my yard, walked inside and resumed his spot in the hall and again slept for about an hour. This continued off and on for several weeks. Being curious, I pinned a note to his collar: 'I would like to find out who the owner of this wonderful sweet dog is and ask if you are aware that almost every afternoon your dog comes to my house for a nap.' The next day he arrived for his nap, with a different note pinned to his collar: 'He lives in a home with 6 children, 2 under the age of 3 - he's trying to catch up on his sleep. Can I come with him tomorrow”?

"Big black Lab" is what Cathy says about her dog who is a cancer survivor! Wow!!
Jenn sent in Bud saying "he is a real big teddy bear and always dirty"! You try walking around with a fur coat all the time!!
Karen sends in Otis. “He is as big as an elevator”. She says!

Well it happened.. Dianne bought this book and she said she's going to teach me to be a better dog. Hey I am perfect already... no?

Judging by the photos and comments I am receiving I can see that we (pets) are loved and as much as we (pets) love our masters. Please forgive us when we (pets) mess on the floor, bark or meow incessantly, shed tremendously and for chewing on the dining room table leg, (I was only a puppy at the time).

We (pets) will forgive you for dressing us up in silly outfits and calling us the most ridiculous names instead of what we want to be called…

Thanks,

Butch

“Here's Oakley being dog-sat at my sister's house. That's his stuffed dog in the background. They're buddies for now but I think it's only a matter of time until Oakley gets his big dog teeth and tears his little buddy apart.”

Here is Rosie, my house mate… It was an arranged marriage.

Here's Sparky a Jack Russell Terrier who likes to sit on the dash board of her master's car. I say get in the driver's seat bitch!!
